I started running again and this blog helps me keep track of my progress. Writing things down tends to keep me motivated...just one of my weirdo things. And since the weather has cooled down to the 80s I am able to run outside. There is this awesome trail that is by our apartments. It is perfect because it is away from traffic and you rarely have to cross the road. Once I get my watch I'll be able to track how far and fast I have been running.
I even sprinted today and you better believe I am still fast! I also signed up for the 5K Komen Race for the Cure at the end of October. Since October is breast cancer awareness month I thought I would dedicate my running performance to my coworker's mother who passed away from breast cancer two weeks ago.

A trail away from traffic? Look out for creeps, woman. How about bring along a can of whoop-ace? Excuse me, I meant mace. Seriously, your tiny self wouldn't be able to fight off much of anybody. Think about it....
I've been in Utah for too long. I didn't even think about that. How are those tight buns doing? Hope you make it through the race. Although I'm sure you'll be flying by everybody. Maybe someday I'll get moving, but I'm sure it won't be anytime soon.
You go girl. What watch did you go with. And I never doubted that you were still fast. Umm duh. Of course you are. Please tell me you have good running shoes!
