For the last few minutes of my runs I really have to listen to a song that keeps me motivated so I played "Hearts on Fire" from Rocky IV today and envisioned Rocky climbing the mountain in the freezing snow. Yeah, you know the one. I know you all are humming it right now. And I didn't feel the pain. No pain!! No pain!!

I would say that we could go running together sometime...but you run too fast for me! I guess what I lack in speed I make up for in distance. That is what I tell everybody! You are doing great. Making me jealous...6 days until I get to run!!
I have no idea what that song is, but Grant knew if immediately and what scene you were talking about. He is a Rocky fanatic. I think next week I'm gonna go to the running store and get all the stuff I need. I saw a commercial for the New Balance Zip and I think it looks and might work super cool. Maybe they'll have that. Keep up the good work.
All I can think of is the Mike Tyson's punchout song where Mac is running with his trainer...don't know why that's in my head.What-Evs.
