Workout Day 34 Plus A Head

Both calf muscles are now in pain. Perhaps my muscles are regrowing where there has been a void. Who knows but I decided to take my speed down a notch.

Oh yeah, borderline creepy but on my pathway to the weight room today I had to do a doubetake because someone put a mannequin head on the recycle bin. Yep, those are the kind of crazies I live with. At least they did her makeup and hair so she was presentable.

Speed: 5.8, 6.0

Weener, calves in pain does not mean regrowing neglected muscles, it means there breaking down and they need rest, recovery time is crucial in the growth of muscles, rather than take speed down, take days off inbetween workouts. Your a machine, just don't hurt yourself. Your coolest relative Scottry

That was a creepy head dude!I'm up to 4 miles and progressing at an 8 minute mile and still climbing mountains beavis.

Okay, so that mannequin head really made me laugh out loud. My kids looked over at me like I was crazy!
