My speed is going up a little. Today it felt like I couldn't run at 6.0 because that pace seemed a little slow and I was getting all tripped up. Hopefully, by the end of the month I will hit my 3 mile mark and be ready for some 5K runs in September.

Ummm...yeah...way faster than I am! I usually average 5.75-6.00 mph. Any faster than that and my lungs will truly explode. When I start marathon training I will have one speed day per week. Sooooo not looking forward to that. Personally I look forward to my 10+ mile runs! I know..crazy. See nothing has changed about me at all!
Shhhh...don't tell...I ran 1 mile this morning and it felt FABULOUS!
You want to do the half marathon with me a year from now? I know that is a long time away, but I need a lot of time. It would be fun to do together.
