Workout Day 30

I have just started paying attention to my daily caloric intake. It is actually pretty interesting and I think it is fun to track every little thing I put in my body. I started this because I am worried that my calories are way too low since I have started exercising more. Turns out, the amount I am eating is fine but what I am eating could use some tweaking. I will never give up the Swiss Cake Rolls though.

Oh, kind of a funny thing. This muscle-man dude was in the gym when I went to workout today and after I was done he asked if I used to be in the military. I told him no and asked him why and he responded that he hasn't ever seen anyone run so well since the military. Not sure if the guy was picking up on me (which I seriously doubt in all my sweaty, red-faced glory) or if he was being serious. Either way, I'll take it.
