I got to the 3-mile mark today. And by golly, I didn't feel any pain. In fact, I felt it got a little easier the longer I ran. I wasn't paying too much attention becuase I was watching a slam dunk contest and when I checked my distance I was at 2.85 miles so I just decided to keep going to 3. It was a great running day.

I have found that distances between 2 and 5 miles are the easiest. Once you can get to 2 it gets easier. So....I am running a 5 miler in October and a half marathon at the end of November. You could always join me in Seattle for the half!
