Workout Day 14

The weight room temperature dropped. Today it was a refreshing 83 degrees. Mucho better. I also decided to go for a faster running speed and extended my time. I officially ran my first mile today! What a milestone...literally!

Activity: Treadmill Walking
Time: 10 minutes
Incline: 10
Distance: .5 mile
Speed: 3.1

Activity: Treadmill Running
Time: 10 minutes
Distance: 1 mile
Speed: 6.0

Total Distance: 1.5 miles

YEAH WEENER! I am having trouble running on the treadmill because I'm getting shin splints and achy knees. I'm trying to keep it up, but I'm struggling. You're doing awesome though.

Tell Karen to go out and buy new shoes immediately and that will help her shin spilts. And achy knees are just apart of running, trust me, I know. :)
