So, I heard once you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit. One more day and I'm there! I varied my speed today thanks to a suggestion from my friend Karri. It felt pretty good. I also started reading about what I can eat for more energy and I'm going to stock up on:
1. Peanut Butter on Bagels
2. Berries
3. Bananas
4. Yogurt
