Workout Day 25

So this week, I am focusing on the making 2 miles feel good. The music totally helps. The only problem is that I have to remember not to dance.

Activity: Treadmill Walking
Time: 6 minutes
Incline: 10
Distance: .3 mile
Speed: 3.0


Activity: Treadmill Running
Time: 19 minutes 55 seconds
Distance: 2 miles
Speed: 6.0, 6.5


There is nothing like fresh fruit after you workout. I absolutely love nectarines, plums and grapes! Every Friday, the Farmer's Market takes over downtown and Mike and I stock up for the week. Not only is the fruit super tasty but it is also inexpensive and just a couple of blocks away from our apartment. I guess that is a bonus for living in Farmersville USA.
