I made it to Day 21!! Now, hopefully my workout routine has become a habit and I continue for the rest of my life right. Only 5 weeks until I climb Mt. Saint Helens. Sheesh! Time flies!
By the way, someone noticed that my body was more toned this weekend at the lake. It feels good to know that my hard work is paying off.

My girl!! You ran two miles! It seems like you just accomplished 1, and now 2 already! You go girl.
Two MILES!! Let me tell you something...the first 2 miles are the hardest. I got to 2 miles and then 3 days later told myself that I was going to run a 5K (3.1 miles)or die trying. I did it and I haven't looked back. If you can do 2...you can do 20...nope NOT kidding! Soon you can run the Eugene Marathon with me. Got plenty of time to train...It's in May!
You do realize that Mt St. Helens is only a half mountain right. Just kidding your awesome for trying this. I get mad when I have to drive 3 miles.
