I am still not able to figure out what speed I should be running. I'm all over the place. Hopefully, I can nail it down and figure out what feels good.
Activity: Treadmill Walking
Time: 10 minutes
Incline: 10
Distance: .5 mile
Speed: 3.0
Activity: Treadmill Running
Time: 15 minutes
Distance: 1.42 miles
Speed: 5.7
Total Distance: 1.92 miles

I know this is going to sound crazy, but up the incline a bit when you run. Something like 0.5 or 1.0. Sometimes it helps...sometimes it doesn't. Also try varying the speed as you go. I usually start out slower and then move it up. Just some tips!
