Workout Day 17

Fourth day in a row for running a mile baby! I also decided to add some some core strengthening to my mix so I don't have any back problems.

Activity: Treadmill Walking
Time: 10 minutes
Incline: 10
Distance: .5 mile
Speed: 3.0

Activity: Treadmill Running
Time: 10 minutes
Distance: 1 mile
Speed: 6.0

Activity: 30 Crunches

Total Distance: 1.5 miles

Congrats on your workout. I am so excited for you climbing the mountain! I wish I could run...I am getting so bored of sitting on my heiny. I am living vicariously through you!
